Q. Do your products contain gluten?
A. Our base chocolate does not contain gluten. However, some additional ingredients used in certain products may contain gluten. Each product listing on our website clearly specifies whether the item contains gluten.
Q. Do you offer wholesale?
A. Yes, we do! For all wholesale enquiries email sales@littleottos.com.au
Q. Do you have Click and Collect option for online orders?
A. Yes, we do!
Orders placed using Click & Collect will be ready for collection within 2 business days of order confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

When collecting your order, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us in advance to authorise the collection.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Collection” notification.
If your order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order, and
- Issue a refund (excluding any applicable transaction fees).
Q. How do I store my choccy at home?
A. Store in a cool dry environment away from direct sunlight. If possible, store in an airtight container. Keep your chocolate separate from other strong-smelling food, perfumes or chemicals as your chocolate can absorb these smells and tastes. Our chocolate will melt at temperatures 22 degrees Celsius and over.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once the order has been shipped.
Q. There is an issue with my order, what do I do?
A. If something isn’t quite right with your delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can give us a call or email us at sales@littleottos.com.au with a description of the issue and some clear supporting photos.
We’ll review everything ASAP and do our very best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Returns/Refunds
Refund policy
We are unable to exchange or refund online delivery orders due to change of mind, however, if your order arrives with items that are missing, incorrect or faulty, we will gladly assist. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout and may take up to 5 business days to be returned.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. All online orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We will pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
Express delivery from Busselton, WA 6280 to interstate locations typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
For rural or regional areas, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Q. Do you offer International Delivery?
A. Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
Q. How do you avoid melting choc in transit?
A. We take great care in packaging our chocolate to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All orders are packed in insulated bubble wrap, and for warmer locations, we include a reusable ice pack to help maintain product quality during transit.
To further reduce the risk of melting, we ship all orders via express delivery to ensure the fastest possible arrival time.
While we do everything we can to protect your order from heat exposure, we cannot guarantee that melting will not occur during transit and do not accept responsibility for heat-related damage once the parcel has been shipped.
